Delegate Ellington moves to amend the title of HB3113 on page 1, by striking the title and inserting in lieu thereof a new title to read as follows:

A BILL to amend and reenact §18-2-7c of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to requiring each high school student to complete a one-half credit course of study in personal finance as a requirement for high school graduation; providing beginning class of students and grade level requirement; requiring implementation guidance by State Board and specifying guidance content.
